Combining the over 20 years of gastronomic experience of the Ranchero Restaurant Family with the mastery of Mehmet Keskin, one of Türkiye's renowned kebab masters, Perran Ocakbaşı adds another address to Istanbul's gastronomic map. Known for its exquisite menu inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, Perran Ocakbaşı brings its wide range of flavors, from kebabs and special meat dishes to regional mezes and original recipes, to the unique atmosphere of Maçka Roof, following its locations in Caddebostan, Kalamış, and its seasonal location in Bodrum Yalıkavak. Perran Ocakbaşı's new restaurant on the terrace of DoubleTree by Hilton Maçka will open its doors to the Istanbul gastronomic scene from autumn onwards.
