A Gastronomy Journey Inspired by Stories
The Michelin Chef Talk & Workshop, held on the first day of the program, offered participants the opportunity to explore Berger's culinary approach up close. Following the workshop, where stories, sources of inspiration, and the creative process of gastronomy were shared, guests explored the Collection experience at the Anda Barut Collection's select restaurants, and the day continued with a delightful dinner.
On the second day of the event, Cibes Restaurant Fine Dining hosted a special fine dining evening featuring the signature of Grégoire Berger. In this meticulously planned experience, the chef transformed gastronomy into a multi-layered experience with his sensory storytelling and creative presentations. Guests enjoyed the privilege of sharing a table with one of the most distinguished names in world gastronomy, accompanied by a design menu reflecting Berger's storytelling.

BAYOU Michelin Culinary Masters, which blends gastronomy with cultural interaction and inspiring experiences, continues to host leading Michelin-starred chefs from around the world on the Delice Peninsula throughout the season, while Anda Barut Collection continues to offer its guests unforgettable encounters with esteemed names in world gastronomy.
On July 22-23 , Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens will meet with guests as part of the BAYOU Michelin Culinary Masters. Aikens, who has worked with prominent names such as Pierre Koffmann, Joël Robuchon, and Gérard Boyer, is notable as the youngest British chef to earn two Michelin stars at the age of 26. Continuing his success with his Michelin-starred restaurant Muse, the chef will bring his seasonality and sustainability-focused culinary approach to the Delice Peninsula.
In August, three-Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Bühner will take over the kitchen. Meeting with guests on August 26th and 27th , the chef has earned a special place in the international gastronomic world with his unique culinary language at La Vie. Bühner will highlight the natural character of the ingredients, interpreting flavor with depth and balance.
On September 10-11 , Bruno Ménard , who made history in gastronomy with his three Michelin stars at the legendary L'Osier restaurant in Tokyo, will bring his exquisite cuisine, which blends timeless techniques of French cuisine with modern interpretations, to Anda Barut Collection. On September 22-23 , Italian Chef Giorgio Diana will host the final gastronomic event of the season. Diana, who reinterprets Mediterranean culinary culture with molecular gastronomy and contemporary techniques, will share his culinary philosophy, which centers on sustainability and creativity, with the guests.
