Chef's Table Night at Izaka Terrace: Flavor and Solidarity at the Same Table

Izaka Terrace, boasting a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, hosted a special gastronomic evening that brought together successful chefs from the world of gastronomy, blending flavor with social benefit. The Chef's Table event, held on Thursday, July 2nd, united Istanbul's leading chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts.

Izaka Terrace Hosted by Executive Chef Serhat Eliçora, and with contributions from Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Aila Restaurant Chef Kemalcan Yurttaş and Tola Restaurant Chef Atakan Özen, the evening featured signature dishes specially prepared by the chefs for the guests.

All proceeds from the evening, which combined the unifying power of gastronomy with social benefit, were donated to Darüşşafaka. Thanks to this meaningful gathering, guests enjoyed an unforgettable gastronomic experience while also sharing the joy of supporting education.

The special menu presented at the event, held under the concept of "3 Chefs, 1 Table, 3 Stories," began with Chef Atakan Özen's Artichokes in Olive Oil. This was followed by Chef Serhat Eliçora's Shrimp Tart as a warm appetizer. The main course, prepared by Chef Kemalcan Yurttaş, was Lamb Loin Wrapped in Shirt Fat, and was presented to the guests. The evening concluded with Chef Serhat Eliçora's Whipped Cheesecake. 

Each dish was accompanied by special wine pairings selected by Wine Expert Alp Açık, which complemented the character of the flavors.

Chef's Table, where flavor, culture, and solidarity come together at the same table, has taken its place among the special experiences that Izaka Terrace offers to the world of gastronomy, and it attracted great interest from the participants.
