Telezzüz, Türkiye's first plant-based fine-dining restaurant, will begin welcoming guests at Divan Bodrum on July 3rd with its new menu prepared for the summer season. Located in Türkbükü, one of the most popular bays of the Aegean, and within the unique atmosphere of Divan Bodrum, which brings together sea, gastronomy and social life, Telezzüz will offer a limited-time gastronomic experience throughout the season with its menu designed specifically for Bodrum.

The menu, centered around fresh fruits and vegetables, reinterprets local products with creative techniques, blending Telezzüz's unique culinary language with the texture of the Aegean. Each dish transforms the lightness of summer and the diversity offered by nature into a multi-layered gastronomic experience.
Telezzüz is preparing to bring a unique experience to Bodrum's gastronomic scene with its plant-based cuisine that interprets the season's standout products using creative techniques.
Watermelon Tataki, Emperor's Asparagus, Okra Skewers, and Peach are among the standout dishes on the menu, while Melon Soup, Stuffed Zucchini, Sun-Dried Tomato Tartar, and Cherry Frangipan Tart also bring together seasonal produce with Telezzüz's creative culinary language. The menu, ranging from cold starters to desserts, presents Telezzüz's multi-layered gastronomic approach in a flow specifically designed for the summer season.
Telezzüz has quickly achieved remarkable success, receiving the Michelin Guide's Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, as well as the 2 Hats and Sustainability Award from the Gault & Millau Guide and 4 Pearls from the Pearl Gastronomy Guide. With its culinary philosophy shaped under the leadership of Chef Bahtiyar Büyükduman, Telezzüz transforms each dish into a narrative, making gastronomy a sensory and holistic experience.
Telezzüz, which will only serve à la carte at Divan Bodrum, will welcome guests with kitchen service between 18:00 and 23:00 from Tuesday to Sunday, and bar service between 18:00 and 01:00.
