Philippine Embassy, Ankara HiltonSA In collaboration with [organization name], the "Flavors of the Philippines: Philippine Food Festival," to be held for the first time in Ankara, the capital city, is preparing to bring Filipino cuisine to gastronomy enthusiasts in Ankara. The festival will take place at the Ankara HiltonSA between June 15-17, 2026.
The festival, which aims to bring the rich culinary culture and hospitality of the Philippines to Türkiye, features experienced chefs from the Philippines. Organized by the Philippine Embassy, the event aims to strengthen cultural and economic ties between the Philippines and Turkey through gastronomic diplomacy. The festival also seeks to introduce diplomatic circles in Ankara, the international community, and local gastronomy enthusiasts to one of Southeast Asia's rising cuisines.
Throughout the festival, guests will have the opportunity to experience special recipes that reflect the characteristic features of Filipino cuisine, including strong aromas, balanced sweet and sour flavors, and rich use of spices.

Ambassador of the Philippines to Türkiye Jaime Ramon T. Ascalon Jr.He stated that the festival is an important step in introducing Filipino gastronomy to a wider audience in Türkiye.

Special Festival Menu
The festival, which will last for three days, will feature a menu showcasing the finest dishes of Filipino cuisine.
In the beginning Beef Pares Bruschetta, Sinigang Croquettes, Okoy (Vegetable Fritters), Kinilaw (Filipino-style seafood ceviche), Tofu and Oyster Mushrooms Spring Roll Salad Features.
The main courses include: Seafood Square Noodles, Lamb Caldera, Beef Ribs with Coconut Adobo Sauce, Chicken Tinola ve Grilled Chicken Skewers ranks.
