RAMS Global has signed a collaboration agreement with Marriott International for its RAMS Exclusive Villas & Resort project in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. The project, comprising a 120-room Issyk-Kul Marriott Resort and 33 exclusive villas, is scheduled for completion in 2028, and the investment aims to be a significant milestone in the region's journey to becoming a globally recognized destination.
RAMS Global developed the project in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan. RAMS Exclusive Villas & Resort within the scope of the project Marriott International A cooperation agreement was signed. Within the scope of the agreement, the Marriott Hotels brand will enter Kyrgyzstan for the first time, and the first internationally branded hotel project in the Issyk-Kul region will be realized. The project, which will include the 120-room Issyk-Kul Marriott Resort and 33 exclusive villas forming the RAMS Exclusive Villas collection, is planned to be completed in 2028.

The signing ceremony for the collaboration between RAMS Global and Marriott International, held in Bishkek, was attended by Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Tourism Eduard Kubatov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Mekin Mustafa Kemal Ökem, RAMS Global Board Member Erdal Seyhan, Marriott International Vice President of Hotel Development for Turkey and the CIS Ivan Kiseev, and numerous other guests.
Speaking at the signing ceremony Erdal Seyhan, RAMS Global Board MemberThe company explained its investment approach with these words: “With this collaboration, we are not only bringing the Marriott Hotels brand to Kyrgyzstan for the first time, but we are also realizing Issyk-Kul's first internationally branded hotel investment. Seyhan stated that Issyk-Kul, with its natural and cultural riches, has the potential to be among the world's leading destinations, and continued: “Our goal is to make Issyk-Kul one of the most attractive tourism centers in the world. The partnership we have established with Marriott International is of great importance in terms of this goal. Together, we are building a destination that contributes to tourism, encourages international investment, and creates long-term value for Kyrgyzstan.”

It will become one of Central Asia's rising tourism destinations.
Located in Cholpon Ata on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, the project will combine the international standards of the Marriott Hotels brand with RAMS Global's destination development vision. The resort will feature 120 rooms and suites, as well as 33 independent villas, gastronomic areas, meeting and event spaces, a spa, Turkish bath, swimming pool, fitness center, and children's club.
The project, a key part of RAMS Global’s long-term investment vision in the region, aims to enhance Issyk-Kul’s international visibility, pave the way for new investments, and contribute to Kyrgyzstan’s tourism economy. Developed in collaboration with RAMS Global and Marriott International, the investment is not just a new hotel project; it stands out as a significant milestone in Issyk-Kul’s journey to becoming a globally recognized destination.
