Hilton continues to strengthen its Investment Development Team in Türkiye.

Hilton announced the appointment of Emir Talu as Investment Development Director for Türkiye, a move aimed at further strengthening its investment development team in Türkiye, one of Europe's most dynamic hospitality markets.

In her new role, Talu will be responsible for supporting Hilton's growth strategy across Türkiye. This will include working with investors and... Hilton TurkeyTalu will work closely with Funda Eratıcı, Senior Director of Investment Development responsible for Hilton Central and Eastern Europe. Focusing on expanding the company's brand portfolio, Talu will join the Hilton Central and Eastern Europe team led by Mike Collini, Vice President of Investment for Hilton Central and Eastern Europe.

Emir Talu has extensive experience in real estate investments, consulting, and portfolio management. He previously held senior positions at leading companies in the sector, including Esas Gayrimenkul, Cushman & Wakefield, İş Portföy Yönetimi, and Yapı Kredi Portföy. Throughout his career, Talu has managed significant investment projects and high-volume transactions, contributing to portfolio growth and the creation of long-term added value.

Emir Talu completed a double major in Economics and Political Science at the University of Toronto and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University. He also conducted academic research at NYU Stern School of Business.
