Dedeman Hospitality Makes Strategic Investment Move in Gaziantep

The contracts for the Dedeman Gaziantep Hotel & Convention Center have been signed; the project is being realized as one of the largest investments in the region.

Dedeman Hospitality, Türkiye's first domestic hotel chain, which has played a decisive role in the development of the hospitality sector for over sixty years, has made a new investment in Gaziantep, one of Türkiye's most dynamic cities, bringing its extensive experience and brand strength to the region.

Dedeman Gaziantep Hotel & Convention Center is being realized as a significant reflection of Dedeman's goal of geographical expansion, as well as its growth approach through a strategy of appropriate scale and strong positioning in cities with high economic, commercial, and tourism potential.

The project, realized with the investment of Faik Atak Inc., aims to make a strong contribution to the branded accommodation and congress infrastructure within Gaziantep's developing urban dynamics.

A New Accommodation and Congress Center Project That Will Add Prestige to Gaziantep

Located in the Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep, Dedeman Gaziantep Hotel & Convention Center stands out with its approximately 75.000 m² construction area, 28-story architectural structure, and 394 rooms and 900 bed capacity.

The facility will include high-capacity convention and ballroom halls, meeting areas of various sizes, à la carte and main restaurant areas, a lobby bar and social areas, a comprehensive spa and wellness center, semi-Olympic swimming pools, and fitness and recreation areas, positioning the project as a versatile city hotel and convention center.

Upon completion, the project aims to become one of the largest 5-star city hotels in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions, and one of the most comprehensive in Türkiye.

The increasing volume of trade fairs, congresses, and business travel in Gaziantep in recent years has highlighted the need for high-quality and high-capacity accommodation infrastructure.
