The hotel, which was included in Otelpuan.com's list of 'Turkey's most popular hotels' determined by analyzing guest reviews throughout 2025, has once again won the 2026 Otelpuan Award.

Having won the 2025 Otelpuan Award last year, placing it first among Türkiye's top 100 most admired hotels, BN Hotel Thermal & Wellness has also achieved the distinction of being among Türkiye's top 10 most admired hotels with the 2024 Otelpuan Award.

The awards were determined based on guest ratings and recommendations. 

The 2026 Otelpuan Award is a reward system based on guest satisfaction scores for their accommodations throughout 2025, along with recommendation rates derived from their responses to the question, "Would you recommend this accommodation to your friends and family?". Accommodations eligible for the Otelpuan Awards are selected based on their overall satisfaction score of 8,5 and above, a recommendation score of 85 and above, and a high number of reviews. The selection criteria are based on 70% of the overall satisfaction score and 30% of the recommendation rate, ensuring a ranking according to their performance and the scores they receive.
