Chef İbrahim Yıldız, who tested the product in his kitchen, said the following about VANOVA™: “Overall, the product performed beyond our expectations. It has a balanced profile that can be easily used in different recipes. The tempering process was quite important for us, and the product's workability in this regard was remarkably good. It gave stable and reliable results in terms of consistency, gloss, and snapping.
