One person has been appointed as the Group Operations Director for Hilton Bodrum Regional Hotels. Utku Dizdar Upon starting his duties, the chef was appointed to head the kitchen operations. Utku Dizdar began his tourism and hospitality career at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, followed by a stint at The Grand Tarabya. After gaining international experience in New York, he worked as Guest Experience and Front Office Manager at Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. Since 2020, Dizdar has held various operational roles within Hilton in London, Dubai, and Bodrum, gaining experience in managing multicultural teams and implementing service standards. In his new role, he will manage the facility's operational processes and guest experience procedures.
Kaan Yıldırım, who began his professional career in 2012, gained experience at international brands such as NOBU Dubai, Nikki Beach Resort Bodrum, and The Marmara, and most recently served as Executive Chef at Susona Bodrum LXR Hotels & Resorts. The selection of Malva Restaurant under his management to the Michelin Guide, its award by Gault & Millau, and its four-pearl rating in the Pearl Gastronomy Guide are among the significant outcomes of the culinary vision he and his team have pursued. In his new role, he will manage all kitchen processes at the facility, focusing on menu development, product quality, and a sustainable culinary approach.
