HuQQabaz, which stands out with its gastronomy and unique culinary experiences, invites its guests to experience the spirit of sharing at iftar and sahur meals during Ramadan, welcoming them with a special Ramadan iftar menu, iftar delicacies, and select à la carte service.
With its flavors and unique atmosphere that reflect the spirit of sharing during Ramadan. HuQQabazIt hosts iftar and sahur gatherings. Carefully prepared dishes, the atmosphere of the place, and the service approach transform each visit into a delightful gathering that reflects the spirit of Ramadan.
The iftar menu, which combines the spirit of sharing during Ramadan with a rich selection of flavors, begins with carefully prepared appetizers. Traditional tastes such as Kayseri pastrami, honey & clotted cream, Medjool dates, white cheese, walnuts, and apricots are accompanied by mutabbel and roasted pepper paste, while lentil soup prepared in bone broth or tomato soup with pesto sauce make for a warm start to the meal. Continuing with Gavurdağı salad or Tulum cheese salad, the menu includes main course options such as grilled chicken breast with tagliatelle in Alfredo sauce; chicken leg steak served with a bouquet of vegetables and fresh potatoes; chicken dynamite served with soy sauce rice and crispy vegetables; "My Mother's Grilled Meatballs" completed with buttered pita bread; and beef medallions served with sautéed meat and julienned vegetables with french fries. The iftar menu concludes with a sweet finale featuring walnut güllaç or Hamsiköy rice pudding, while a selection of beverages enriched with Ottoman sherbet completes this special meal.
Inspired by Ramadan's values of sharing and preventing waste, guests can choose from a variety of à la carte options or, if they prefer, select only the iftar (breaking of the fast) meal. This approach respects the blessings of Ramadan while offering a more balanced and sustainable dining experience.
Special Ramadan iftar menus are available at all branches throughout Turkey, with prices ranging from 900 TL to 2.200 TL. Iftar appetizer options start from 550 TL, while a rich breakfast menu is also offered for suhoor (pre-dawn meal). Additionally, lighter and smaller portion options are available to ensure a pleasant suhoor experience.
The blessings are also being brought to the pre-dawn meal tables.
HuQQabaz branches, which continue to welcome guests throughout the pre-dawn meal (sahur), include locations in Rumeli Hisarı, Kayaşehir, Florya, Beylikdüzü, and Tema Istanbul, as well as in Konya, Sakarya, Gaziantep, and Kayseri. With 32 branches in 9 countries across 3 continents, HuQQabaz promises its guests an environment where conversation and sharing flow naturally and where they can take pleasant breaks, no matter where they are in the world.
