Tavuk Dünyası has been awarded the “Diamond” award for the third time in the Fast-Casual Restaurant category at the Excellent Customer Satisfaction Achievement Awards (ACE Awards) organized by Şikayetvar (a Turkish consumer complaint website).
Tavuk Dünyası, one of the pioneering brands of the "fast-casual" restaurant experience in Türkiye, was awarded the Diamond Award, the highest award in the Fast-Casual category, for the third consecutive time at the "Excellent Customer Satisfaction Achievement Awards" (ACE Awards), organized for the 11th time this year by Şikayetvar (a Turkish consumer complaint website). The brand was once again selected as the "Best Brand Providing Customer Satisfaction" based on the Customer Experience Index results, thus confirming its approach that centers on guest feedback.
Based on over 1,5 million customer satisfaction surveys conducted throughout the year by Şikayetvar (a Turkish consumer complaint website), the evaluation considered key criteria such as complaint management, resolution speed, and customer satisfaction rate. Tavuk Dünyası, as in the previous two years, achieved the highest score in its category, demonstrating its continued consistency in customer experience processes.
