The deliveries of the aircraft registered as TC-SLD, TC-SLC, TC-SLE, and TC-SLF, which were received from Boeing facilities in Seattle, were completed on January 9, 13, 14, and 27, respectively. The last aircraft to join the fleet landed at Antalya Airport on January 29 after a planned stop for refueling. TC-SLF is scheduled to begin operations in the first week of February.
SunExpressThe company had received five Boeing 737-8s in 2025. With the four new aircraft delivered in January, the total number of aircraft added to the fleet from orders to date has reached 23.
The new Boeing 737-8 aircraft joining the fleet offer reduced fuel consumption and emissions thanks to advanced engine technologies compared to previous generation models, while providing passengers with a more comfortable and environmentally friendly travel experience with a quieter and more modern cabin design.
