At GULFOOD 2026, HORECA TREND met with Mgr. Zdenka Rybáriková, representing the Smoothie Go and Imo Drink brands. In the interview, we discussed the journey of brands newly entering the market with freeze-dried smoothie products and their first global trade show experience.
Rybáriková stated that Smoothie Go has been on the market for about two years, while Imo Drink was launched very recently, and that Gulfood offers a global showcase for these brands. She emphasized that participating in the fair is a great opportunity to introduce their products to professionals from different markets.
Rybáriková stated that as a brand they focus on innovation, but currently they are concentrating on strengthening their existing product range and consolidating their position in the market.
