The special dinner, meticulously curated by Executive Chef Şevket Cihan, transforms into a multi-layered experience with a live tango performance and DJ set, all within the Los Amigos Istanbul signature Milonga Night concept. The menu begins with Alaskan King Crab Tart served with mango, jalapeño jelly, and salmon caviar; followed by Amberjack Crudo prepared with yuzu-ponzu sauce and caviar, reflecting the menu's fresh and balanced character. Handmade pumpkin ravioli gains depth with a touch of fresh truffle, while mandarin sorbet offers an elegant transition before the main course. For the main course, jumbo shrimp cooked in butter and grilled beef tenderloin, accompanied by truffle celery terrine and black pepper jus, present a modern surf & turf interpretation. Finally, the evening concludes with sweet elegance with Valrhona chocolate mousse and a selection of special petit fours.
