At the “Napoli Pizza Workshop,” guests will experience firsthand the fundamental elements that define Neapolitan pizza, including the correct dough consistency, the fermentation process, the balance of ingredients, and the intricacies of the cooking techniques. Guests will have the opportunity to discover the mastery behind authentic wood-fired pizzas and become directly involved in this unique culinary journey.

“CVK Kitchen Gatherings” positions the kitchen not just as a production space, but as a center of sharing and inspiration. The first step in this approach, the “Napoli Pizza Workshop,” is specially designed for gastronomy enthusiasts who want to have firsthand contact with a professional culinary experience. The event, taking place on Friday, February 6th at 6:30 PM at Gümüşsuyu Restaurant, will have limited capacity.
