Opened in April 2024 as Türkiye's first plant-based fine-dining restaurant, Telezzüz quickly gained recognition for its simple, natural, and sensitive culinary approach. Focusing on ethical production and sustainability, Telezzüz adopts a holistic approach reflecting its respect for nature and the effort put into its dishes. Led by Chef Bahtiyar Büyükduman, the culinary team works with the desire to demonstrate that environmentally conscious cuisine is possible.
