Held every Wednesday from 19.00 PM to 21.00 PM, these special workshops promise an enjoyable and educational gastronomic gathering for those who want to discover the basic techniques and flavor balances of sushi making.
In sushi workshops conducted with a professional kitchen team, participants have the opportunity to experience all the characteristic stages of Japanese cuisine firsthand, from fish preparation and cutting techniques to sushi rice preparation, sashimi cutting methods, and sushi roll wrapping. The dishes prepared throughout the workshop consist of selections reflecting Inari Omakase's signature culinary philosophy.
The workshop menu includes Kirohana Roll, Crunch Suzuki Roll, and Yuzu Kosho Roll, as well as Salmon Nigiri and Tuna Sashimi. Accompanying the experience is a glass of Prosecco, offering participants a holistic Inari experience both in the kitchen and at the table.
