From February 3rd to March 3rd, the hotel’s signature Cantonese cuisine restaurant, Canton Blue, is offering guests special Lunar New Year à la carte options and a meticulously prepared six-course set menu experience for lunch and dinner. The menu, featuring refined interpretations of iconic celebratory meals, includes:

• Starters: Lunar New Year dim sum and seasonal snacks are offered, including shrimp and white mushroom dumplings; “Golden Fish” dumplings served with pumpkin-seafood sauce; barbecue Ibérico pork; and chicken with soy sauce.

• Main Dishes: The menu includes steamed sea bass with ginger and shiitake mushrooms; pan-fried lobster in a salted egg sauce; wagyu beef stir-fry with wild mushrooms; and homemade spinach noodles.

• Dessert: Chestnut cream and mandarin mousse, offering a symbolic finale of luck and abundance, complete the menu.

Baijiu Celebration at Little Blue Noodle Bar

During the same period, Little Blue Noodle Bar offers a selection of specially crafted baijiu cocktails. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as traditional Dandan noodles, Sour-Sour Shrimp noodles, and Beef Cheek noodles accompanied by six unique Chinese baijiu cocktails.
Each cocktail is inspired by the rich traditions of baijiu, China's iconic drink. Associated with joy, abundance, and celebration during festivals, this aromatic and potent distilled spirit perfectly suits the season's vibe. The Tea Lounge Inside, guests can see famous textiles from Dalian, China. artist Lin Fanglu's She's Bestowed Love II She is discovering the artwork titled [Art in Resonance Title]. The artwork is curated by Dr. Xiaoxin Li, curator of the Asia Division at the V&A Museum, in collaboration with The Peninsula Hotels Art in Resonance program.
The collection consists of hand-dyed red textiles, evoking themes of the continuity of the life cycle, emotions, and vitality. Fanglu’s approach, drawing inspiration from the textile traditions of the Bai communities in Yunnan, pays tribute to the women who have kept this craft alive for generations. The installation, The PeninsulaThis reflects 's commitment to heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary cultural expressions.
