Özlem Kayiş Erdönmez began her career at Nestlé in 2004 as a Management Trainee, gaining experience in Human Resources. In 2007, she joined Nestlé Professional as a Supply Chain Planner, laying the foundation for her career within the unit. In 2011, she was appointed Sales Operations Manager, leading sales systems and reporting processes. In 2015, she expanded her expertise in field operations as Commercial Asset Operations Manager.

Appointed as Global Launch & Development Manager in Switzerland in 2016, Erdönmez took active responsibility in global projects and played a significant role in the Starbucks WPPS integration processes. Returning to Türkiye in 2019, she led the restructuring of the WRB Solutions structure within the beverage business unit. In her role as National Sales Group Manager, which she has held since 2022, she has achieved critical successes in strengthening the distributor structure, growing sales nationwide, and deploying category-focused strategies in the field. With her national and international experience, Özlem Kayiş Erdönmez will be responsible in her new role for advancing Nestlé Professional's professional solutions to the industry and shaping the brand's growth and innovation-focused strategies.
