Focusing on lunch service, Inari Omakase Vadistanbul stands out with its menu specially prepared for business lunches, keeping pace with the fast-paced business world. The lunch menu begins with miso soup served with boiled soybeans (edamame) and sea salt.
The main courses on the menu feature chicken marinated and fried in garlic and lemon sauce, vibrant and refreshing salads prepared with avocado, asparagus, and seasonal greens, and special recipes enriched with touches of sesame and miso. Examples include salmon sashimi marinated with ponzu and yuzu notes, sesame-crusted shrimp, and shrimp-mushroom-asparagus combination flavored with ostrich sauce and spicy garlic.
