High-Level Appointment at Ülker

Ülker, Türkiye's leading food company, has announced a leadership change within its sales organization. Kayhan Zenginoğlu has been appointed as the company's Vice President of Sales.

Ahmet Şenel, currently serving as Vice President of Sales, and Kayhan Zenginoğlu will work together during the handover process in January 2026. Following an orientation period, Şenel will hand over his duties to Kayhan Zenginoğlu at the end of January. Kayhan Zenginoğlu will be responsible for the company's sales processes and will report directly to Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı.

Commenting on the change of duties country CEO Özgür Kölükfakı stated, “Kayhan Zenginoğlu, who has held significant positions in Türkiye and abroad throughout his 33-year career, will lead the shaping of our company's sales strategies with new approaches and their effective implementation in the field. He will enable our experienced sales team to gain new competencies through the opportunities offered by technology and further strengthen our customer-focused approach in the field. I believe that Zenginoğlu's global knowledge in sales and management experience will add value to our company. On this occasion, I would like to thank Ahmet Şenel, who has made invaluable contributions to Ülker's growth, our brands, and our commercial structure for 31 years, and wish him success in his future career.”

Kayhan Zenginoğlu has held positions in various product categories and sales channels throughout his career. Having worked at Unilever for over 33 years, Zenginoğlu most recently served as General Manager of The Magnum Ice Cream Company Pakistan and also as Global Ice Cream Out-of-Home Consumption Transformation Leader.
