The Istanbul Marketing Awards, which evaluate the marketing activities of institutions in the Turkish business world, were presented at an awards ceremony held on December 17th as part of the Istanbul Marketing Summit. The “Tavuk Dünyası Blush” project was launched after a user on the X platform likened the pager in Tavuk Dünyası restaurants to blush. Tavuk Dünyası's humorous and warm response, followed by surprise gifts, created a wide buzz on social media. This real-time interaction added a fun dimension to the brand's communication with its followers and served as an example of how user-initiated content can transform into a branded story.
