New Appointment at Raffles Istanbul
With over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Derya Aktay will assume the role of Revenue Management Director and Board Member of Raffles Istanbul, effective August 2025.
Derya Aktay, who completed her education in Tourism Management at Akdeniz University, began her career at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. She subsequently held key roles in reservations, revenue management, and e-commerce at global brands such as Raffles Istanbul and Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul. In addition to the extensive experience she gained in Türkiye, she also gained extensive experience abroad, developing a strong understanding of international revenue management strategies.
Aktay, who stands out with his achievements in strategic revenue management in his current positions and who adopts the approach of contributing to the advancement of professionals who have set their career paths in the same direction, aims to share his valuable experience with the Raffles Istanbul family and write new success stories with the team in his new role, which he describes as "coming home."
