With restaurants that integrate flavor and experience, music programs that accompany the night, accommodation options, a wide selection of breakfast options, and wellness areas, the hotel is becoming a dynamic location in the city to celebrate the new year.

Bringing the rejuvenating spirit of the new year to its elegant atmosphere, The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul offers New Year's Eve dinner with a rich menu from its two award-winning restaurants, Atölye and Nobu Istanbul, as well as its new restaurant, Limoré, which introduces guests to the flavors of Italy's coastline. Featured in some of the world's most prestigious gastronomic guides, Atölye offers its guests a special six-course menu, accompanied by a live performance by Buse Akyıldız.

Atölye's menu features appetizers like black caviar pide-i a'la and red mullet pilaki, followed by duck meat pastry. Following pomegranate and mastic sorbet, main courses include mustard-based celery puree, asparagus, and truffles, wild mushroom-stuffed beef tenderloin, and stuffed cabbage with bulgur wheat. White chocolate cake with pistachio filling completes the menu. A vegetarian option featuring seasonal vegetables is also available. Atölye's signature dish, turkey, has become a New Year's classic and is served to homes for New Year's Eve.

Offering panoramic Bosphorus views, meticulously crafted décor, and a unique ambiance, Nobu Istanbul's omakase menu, expertly crafted by award-winning chef Michael De Jesus, has just taken over as head chef. The menu begins with Oyster Wakamomo Salsa and Nori Caviar Taco, followed by a selection of sushi from the chef. The menu features unique dishes such as Scorpion Fish Tempura paired with Amazu Ponzu sauce, Chilean Sea Bass with Den Miso and white truffle, and Nobu's specialty, A5 beef served with teriyaki and mushrooms, culminating in homemade tangerine mochi and soy caramel coffee & chestnut delice. In addition to its culinary experience, Nobu Istanbul offers a live DJ experience, ensuring guests unforgettable moments throughout the night.

Limoré welcomes guests with a special à la carte menu on New Year's Eve. Combining authentic Italian flavors with stunning views of the Bosphorus, the restaurant celebrates the new year with a rich brunch menu featuring charcuterie platters, sandwiches served on traditional focaccia bread, mozzarella caprese, melanzane, grilled sea bass, pizza options, Sicilian cannoli, and tiramisu.

Combining its unique approach to service with inspiration from the city's traditions, The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul welcomes its youngest guests to the Ritz-Kids area on New Year's Eve. The menu at Old Istanbul Nights offers a rich selection reflecting the city's gastronomic heritage. Starters include hummus, topik, all-purpose fava, stuffed white cabbage with mussels, Cretan paste with roasted peppers, salted bonito, Urla artichoke and mung bean salad with citrus sauce, muhammara with walnuts, stuffed vine leaves, and köpoğlu.

While leaf liver, fried baby calamari, and oven-baked manti are served as hot appetizers, main courses include lamb shashlik, chicken shish kebab, Adana kebab, traditional yogurt kebab, and grilled sea bass.

The dessert section includes caramelized burnt rice pudding, caramelized pumpkin dessert & kazandibi ice cream, and seasonal fruits.

For those who want to personalize the experience, two special set menu alternatives have also been created:
