One of Turkey's leading hotel chains Elite World Hotels & Resortsannounced that it has revised its growth vision through a franchise business model. Sharing its new growth plans at a press conference held at the Elite World Istanbul Taksim Hotel, the group has set its sights on becoming a global brand originating in Türkiye. Until 2030 The brand, which set out with the goal of reaching 50 hotels, revised its growth plan due to the intense demand it received from investors. 70 hotels took off.

Target: Top 5 in the Market of Global Brands
Speaking at the press conference, Elite World Hotels & Resorts Board Member Responsible for Sales and Marketing Emel Elik Bezaroglu, He summarized the brand's new growth strategy with these words:
"As part of our growth goals with the franchise business model, we began our journey with eight hotels in 2023. Our growth has continued exponentially each year, and we've gained significant momentum with 14 new hotel agreements signed by 2025. We've opened four of these hotels. This brings our total to 30 hotels in 17 different cities, including our current and ongoing projects. We're not just opening hotels; we're creating new employment opportunities and building a strong tourism brand that extends from Türkiye to the world," he said.

CEO of Elite World Hotels & Resorts Orkun Petekçi shared the details of its growth vision with the following words: “The progress we have made so far in our franchise business model has encouraged us to expand our goals. Additionally, due to the intense interest from investors, we have revised our target to ‘70 hotels by 2030.’ The strong demand we have received from investors seeking to enter the tourism sector with a strong brand in Anatolia and abroad, or those seeking to strengthen their existing tourism investments under the Elite World umbrella, has led us to set new goals. Domestically, we are accelerating our growth journey with our economy and mid-range hotels in cities with high tourism potential in Anatolia. We are strengthening our presence in Anatolia with our Residence concept, our second investment in Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, and Sivas, and with new agreements signed in cities like Ankara and Antalya. We are also taking strong steps internationally towards becoming a global brand. In 2025, we are expanding our brand to new regions in addition to the European cities we have focused on. We will continue to grow with our new brands, new locations, and strong business partnerships. Our goal is to be among the top 5 in the Turkish market, including global brands, by 2030.” dedicate.

Entering the Kazakhstan Market
Preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary in the industry next year Elite World Hotel & ResortsAs part of its domestic growth vision, Elite World continues its strong growth in Anatolian cities. As an international brand, the chain, which signed agreements last year to expand internationally, will open hotels in the Republic of Ivory Coast and the Netherlands in 2026. Its targets include the UK, Germany, and Belgium. The group is also entering the Kazakh market with a new hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, in Central Asia. With these new hotels, Elite World aims to increase its current employment from 3 to 8 by 2030. Elite World & Resorts has also seen a significant increase in the number of female managers, with 54 of the 452 female employees across the group currently holding various management positions.
