Bringing together professional and amateur gastronomy enthusiasts with the aim of promoting culinary arts with the same quality and values and sharing table pleasures in more than 80 countries with its 22.000 members, Chaine des Rôtisseurs hosted a dinner held in the iconic atmosphere of Lokanta by Divan, attended by distinguished figures from the gastronomy world as well as members of the association.
The evening offered guests a special menu, prepared by Volkan Arık, the award-winning and creative chef at Lokanta by Divan, a restaurant that draws inspiration from the roots of Turkish cuisine and represents a timeless tradition. Focusing on sustainability and zero-waste principles, the Lokanta by Divan team presented meticulously prepared, refined dishes, using seasonal, local produce and bringing flavors dating back thousands of years to the present day, earning acclaim.
