Reflecting the rhythm of Istanbul with its location overlooking the Bosphorus, IST TOO blends the city's cultural diversity with fresh Mediterranean touches in its four-course "Taste of Shangri-La" tasting menu. Begin with blini with salmon tartar and avocado; this Russian-inspired starter offers a visual feast with salmon caviar and a refreshing seaside opening. Caramelized scallops are then combined with roasted eggplant and red pepper purée, bringing the freshness of the sea and the warmth of the earth together in one dish.
