Offering guests a unique experience in three different cities, these gatherings feature Chef Claude Bosi, Chef David Bizet, and Chef Fatih Tutak presenting their signature flavors and creative touches. Each dish reflects the chefs' distinctive culinary vision, deep connection to local ingredients, and passion for craftsmanship.
At this exclusive dinner in Istanbul, guests will experience a six-course bespoke tasting menu prepared by three internationally renowned chefs, all while enjoying views of the Bosphorus and the Historic Peninsula at GALLADA .
This special gastronomic experience, consisting of three separate banquets in three different cities, began on May 13th at L'Oiseau Blanc, the terrace restaurant of The Peninsula Paris, and continued on September 30th at Brooklands by Claude Bosi, located on the terrace of The Peninsula London.
On October 21st, The Peninsula Istanbul's signature restaurant, GALLADA, will host the grand finale of the series in Istanbul.
