Offering the elegance of Japanese cuisine with a stunning view of the Bosphorus Sankai by Nagayahosted a special gastronomy party on the roof of Bebek Hotel. Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya and Chef Hiroko Shibata, expertly cut a freshly caught giant tuna and served it instantly, accompanied by DJ beats. Sankai Tuna Madness A special tasting menu was offered for the evening. This dynamic show, combining gastronomy and entertainment, combining Japanese mastery with a live performance, was Sankai by Nagaya's first tuna slaughtering event.

On this special evening, the Chefs of Sankai by Nagaya, who were awarded a Michelin star just 8 months after opening; Executive Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya and Head Chef Hiroko Shibataperformed a unique show before the audience's eyes. In the show, where flavorful notes intersected with art and Japanese rituals with the Bosphorus skyline, a massive 160-kilogram, 2-meter-long tuna caught off the coast of Izmir was expertly dissected by the chefs. Akami, chutoro, and otoro cut from different parts of the fish were served instantly as courses featuring sashimi, nigiri, and Sankai touches. With a tasting menu and DJ performance, the evening transcended a traditional meal into interactive entertainment.

This high-energy night, held in the sophisticated ambiance of Bebek Roof, was not only a dining experience but also a festival atmosphere full of mastery and entertainment stretching from Japan to Istanbul.

Sankai Tuna Madness, offered guests an extraordinary gastronomic evening party experience with its DJ performance, live culinary show and atmosphere ranging from the golden tones of the Bosphorus sunset to the night silhouette.

Long Bar, continues to offer its guests enjoyable moments with its modern, friendly atmosphere and special flavors. Throughout November, Ezgi Ayçe, Demet Sağıroğlu, Fetih Erkoç, Bora Öztoprak, and Barbaros will be performing on the Long Bar Live stage.

The Long Bar Live program, which can be attended at a table, a lounge, in front of the bar or in a bistro setting, begins with dinner at 20:00, continues with live music at 22:00 and DJ performance at 23:45.

The Long Bar Live night, where fresh and unique flavors come together, features a set menu that begins with homemade foccacio bread and North Aegean cold-pressed olive oil, burrata salad, fresh artichokes with shrimp, spicy chickpea bruschetta, and mushroom arancini. Main courses include Aegean Herb Ravioli and beef tenderloin, while a fruit tart and a shared mixed fruit platter leave guests with an unforgettable taste.
