Our signature dishes, known in Kayseri as 'cıvıklı' (a type of flatbread), and lahmacun, made by our Kayseri chef Ali Beşparmak, are among our most popular menu items. We prepare all our products faithfully, adhering to traditional recipes. We use ovens specially imported from Türkiye for cooking," he said.
Will Reach Three Branches

Explaining that they plan to expand to three branches in the near future, Sezer continued: "Our new Pide & Co., which we will open on Liverpool Street at the end of November, will be located in a primarily office area, offering a combination of quick service and takeaway. It will be much larger than our first restaurant, which is currently open. We will be able to accommodate guests who wish. We are also looking for a location in Mayfair for another Pide & Co. This third location will offer a more upscale concept."
