Known worldwide for his “Salt Bae” movement, he gives meat an artistic signature. Nusret Gokçe, has transformed its journey from a small eight-table restaurant in Istanbul into a global success. Today, it has reached more than 30 locations. Nusr-And, held one of its most spectacular openings in Europe in Milan.

Opened on September 18, Nusr-Et Milano is part of Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, located in the heart of the Brera district, just steps from the Duomo and Teatro alla Scala.

Speaking about the opening, Nusret Gökçe stated that Milan has always impressed him with its craftsmanship and mastery on stage, and said:
We're bringing more than just flavor to this city; we're bringing an experience steeped in passion. Our goal isn't just to serve amazing meats; it's to touch hearts. We'll fly our flag proudly on the Milan stage.
A Special Touch of Milan on the Menu
Nusr-Et Milano's menu features the chain's signature dishes, Nusr-Et Special, Turkish Delight and Tomahawk, while the "Wagyu Bresaola", specially prepared for the branch, also serves to its guests.
The meat sourcing process is carried out with the meticulous care typical of the brand: Wagyu beef, sourced from select farms in Australia, undergoes a double-stage screening process, then ages for 21 days in specially humidity-controlled chambers. The cooking process is expertly completed on custom-made cast iron grills.

The restaurant's interior, designed by world-renowned designer Patricia Urquiola and in harmony with Casa Brera's modernist architecture, combines a sophisticated atmosphere, meticulous attention to detail, impeccable service, and sumptuous presentation to create a uniquely Milanese experience.
Strategic Growth: New Stops on the Way
With its Milan opening, Nusr-Et strengthens its presence in Europe while continuing its global growth strategy. Having recently opened the Aqua Florya branch in Istanbul, the brand plans to open new branches in destinations such as Cappadocia, Mexico City, Rome, and Ibiza in 2025–26.
Milan is positioned not just as a new restaurant, but as a turning point that clearly demonstrates Nusr-Et's claim on the global stage.
