FeastIn line with its ambitious growth strategy targeting 2030, Şölen consolidated its marketing organization under a single roof to strengthen its brands' global position. With this transformation, Şölen aims to make strategic brand management more effective, accelerate innovation processes, increase its focus on digitalization, and evaluate marketing insights holistically.
Doğan graduated from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Business Administration and studied Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School. He began his career as a Consulting Team Leader at the World Bank and transitioned to marketing by joining Unilever in 2005. He held the roles of Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, European Marketing Manager, and Business Development and Marketing Director for global brands such as Algida, Carte d'Or, OMO, Cornetto, Magnum, and Lipton. He achieved significant success in Turkey, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He then served as Senior Marketing Director for Eastern Europe at PepsiCo, covering critical markets such as Turkey, Russia, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine. In 2023, he served as Marketing Director for Northern Europe at Diageo, overseeing the brand and innovation strategies of 11 countries and, most recently, leading the food and beverage category at Pinterest in the UK.
