Senior Appointment at Büyük Şefler Group: Tolga Terzi Takes Office as COO

With over thirty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Terzi has held senior management positions at numerous brands throughout his career. Between 2007 and 2018, he held various roles at Büyük Şefler Group, making significant contributions to the company's growth. Terzi subsequently left to pursue his own investments and rejoined Büyük Şefler Group.

In the new term, Terzi will focus on increasing the company's operational efficiency and contributing to its growth targets as COO. He will play a critical role in Büyük Şefler Group's sustainable growth strategy and its goal of further advancing the principles of "happy team, distinctive taste, superior service and Turkish hospitality."

Who is Tolga Terzi?

Tolga Terzi, who has over thirty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of America. He has served as a manager at Reysaş Holding, Sports International, and various restaurants. Between 2007 and 2018, he held various positions at BigChefs, contributing to the company's growth. In 2017, Terzi launched his own investments and rejoined Büyük Şefler Group as COO in 2025.
