He has proven himself in fine-dining kitchen management through experience in various positions in Mexico, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the Bahamas, and Türkiye.

Cervantes, who previously served as Sous-Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus, Executive Chef at MEZKLA Restaurant Istanbul, and Head Chef at METT Hotel Bodrum, specializes in Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and Argentinian cuisines. He has achieved significant success in quality control, cost management, menu development, and kitchen operations with the teams he has led.
