Serpil Güney has been appointed as the new General Manager of Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, which has hosted countless events for over 10 years and welcomed thousands of guests with world-renowned Hilton quality and hospitality, and has made a significant contribution to Turkish tourism with its accommodation, gastronomy, spa, and event space experience.

Serpil Güney, with over 20 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, has led numerous successful hotel openings, conversions, and renovations at Hilton in countries including Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia. Prior to Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, Güney served as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton M Square Hotel & Residences in Dubai and the Umana Bali LXR Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia, where she led numerous successful openings and critically acclaimed projects.

Mondelez InternationalEvgeny Kapustin, who will serve as Vice President responsible for Türkiye and Eurasia Regions of Mondelēz International, will also assume the role of General Manager of Mondelēz International Türkiye.

Kapustin graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics at St. Petersburg State University and then completed programs at the Orkla Brand School and the Nestlé Brand School. He began his career at the Carlsberg Group and later held various leadership positions at leading global companies, including Nestlé, PepsiCo, and Mondelēz International. Previously, he served at Mondelēz as Category Director for Chocolate for Eastern Europe, Vice President for Confectionery for Eastern Europe, and Vice President of Marketing for the Clif brand in the US.

Evgeny Kapustin, who was appointed as of August 2025, will be responsible for managing the company's sustainable growth strategy and strengthening financial performance and brand leadership across a wide geography encompassing 11 countries in his new role.

He then established Renault MAIS's audit unit, a position he held until 2019. He then served as Internal Audit Director at Evyap Holding in 2019, leading audit processes for five years. Most recently, Kara served as Head of Internal Audit at Çolakoğlu Metalurji. At Şölen, he will be responsible for the holistic execution of audit processes and strengthening the corporate governance structure.

Standing out as one of the most important operations of PepsiCo, one of the world's largest food and beverage companies PepsiCo TurkeyA senior appointment has been made at Pepsico Turkey. Tuna Dülger, who has held important positions at the company for 15 years, has been appointed as senior sales director responsible for all channels and joined the Pepsico Türkiye leadership team.

In his new role, Tuna Dülger will be responsible for all operations across PepsiCo Türkiye's traditional, modern, and on-premise channels; he will also lead the determination and implementation of sales strategies in line with the company's sustainable growth targets.

Dülger began his professional career at Unilever, where he held various sales, trade marketing, and project management roles. After consolidating his international experience as a project manager in Unilever's China office, he joined PepsiCo Turkey in 2011.

During his career at PepsiCo, Dülger held various critical positions, including customer and channel management, revenue management, channel development and regional sales leadership, most recently serving as senior sales director for traditional channel snacks and beverages.

Tuna Dülger, a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Department of Political Science and International Relations, completed his MBA at the European School of Economics.
