Les Ottomans Hotel Finds Its New Owner
The auction for the forced sale of Les Ottomans, one of the iconic buildings on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, has been completed. BLG Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. won the auction by offering approximately 4.5 times the starting price.
The tender for the sale of Les Ottomans, one of the iconic structures of the Bosphorus, has been completed. The tender was won by BLG Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., which offered approximately 4.5 times the starting price.
The auction, which started on June 23 by the Istanbul Real Estate Sales and Execution Office via e-tender method, ended on June 30. BLG Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. won the tender by offering 3 billion 200 million liras.
In the statement made by BLG Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. regarding the tender, the following statements were made:
“As BLG Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., despite all the unfair actions and statements of the debtor throughout the process and attempts to mislead the public, the execution tender of the hotel known as ‘Les Ottomans’ was completed on 30.06.2025 and was tendered on behalf of our company for 4,5 TL, approximately 3.200.000.000 times the starting price of the tender.
