Art and Sea Meet in Kalamış at Art On The Boat

The motto “There is no knot, there is a connection” inspired by sailing culture stood out in the event organized by Intersis Agency. Special workshops, talks and shows organized in the marina and on boats throughout the festival brought together art, gastronomy and sea enthusiasts.
Special Names Added Color to the Event
The prominent guests of the day included Masterchef Mehmet Yalçınkaya, Bedri Usta, Eren Kaşıkçı from Kızıl Sakal'ın Mutfağı, International Weaving Artist Fırat Neziroğlu, Writer and Musician Aşkım Kapışmak and veteran artist Haldun Dormen. Veteran artist Haldun Dormen watched Mehmet Yalçınkaya's conversation from the front row.
In addition, Haluk Tuğcu, Pınar Tuğba Biçmen, Selin Fenerci, Mahir Kurtalan, Özge Nalbantoğlu were among the artists participating in the festival. The live performances and talks of the artists were greatly appreciated by the audience. Art and sea enthusiasts enjoyed the talk programs on stage throughout the day and also visited the stadiums that provided the opportunity to discover different products and art and enjoyed the festival.
On the Art on The Boat stage, Masterchef Mehmet Yalçınkaya took part with a gastronomy talk, Aşkım Kapışmak with a talk on love, Fırat Neziroğlu & Haluk Tuğcu with an art talk and performance, Cenk Girginol with a coffee culture talk, Cabir Çobanoğlu with a scent workshop, and Kango Jumps Show with a dance performance.
Music and Sunset Fascinated
Taking the stage at the festival’s finale, the Melis Sökmen – Ceyda Pirali Orchestra offered participants a musical journey from classical jazz to modern tunes with their performance of “The Color of Sound: Sunset.” The concert, which took place accompanied by the sunset, was one of the most fascinating moments of the event.
