World Class Award After Rigorous Evaluation Process

Total Productive Management, referred to as TPM, is defined as a Japanese management system founded on the philosophy of continuous improvement (Kaizen) and learning with the participation of all employees, with the goal of zero failures, zero defective products and zero work accidents. The TPM award system, given by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), which created the TPM system and audits and documents companies' TPM activities worldwide, includes a series of evaluations consisting of five levels, each level lasting an average of three years. As a result of the six-monthly inspections, companies that are deemed successful according to the rigorous evaluation criteria advance step by step and reach the highest level, World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

  • 250 g shredded wheat
  • 125g butter

For the syrup:

  • Half a tea glass of water (65 ml)
  • 1-2 drops of lemon juice

Preparation of
