Materials: 300 gr. DANET Registered fermented Afyon sausage, 50 gr. dried tomatoes, 50 gr. dried pepper, 50 gr. green bell pepper, 5 gr. garlic, 50 gr. onion, 5 gr. basil, 30 gr. walnut, 30 gr. olive oil, 10 gr. salt.
Preparation of: Roast the onion, garlic and bell pepper in the oven, then cut them into cubes. Chop the dried tomatoes, basil and dried peppers into the same size and mix all the ingredients. Add the olive oil and place the stuffing you prepared in the casserole. Cut the sausage into rings and place them on the stuffing. Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. After cooking, sprinkle walnuts on top and serve hot.

One of the most special forms of meat, filet mignon, makes itself felt in every bite with its soft texture and intense flavor. When the tenderloin prepared with the right cooking technique is combined with aromatic mushroom sauce and sautéed vegetables, an unforgettable taste emerges. Materials: 400 gr. DANET beef tenderloin, 10 gr. fresh thyme, 5 gr. rosemary, 30 gr. oyster mushrooms, 30 gr. cultivated mushrooms, 10 gr. soy sauce, 10 gr. butter, 20 gr. oil, 20 gr. baby carrots, 20 gr. baby zucchini, 20 gr. celery stalk, 10 gr. salt, 1 flatbread.
Preparation of: Sear the tenderloin in a pan with well-heated oil. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms and add soy sauce to make a sauce. Add the mushroom sauce on the tenderloin placed in the baking dish and cook in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Julienne the vegetables, sauté in a pan with butter and spices. Serve with the tenderloin straight from the oven.

Inspired by Ottoman cuisine, Atom Meatballs is a satisfying flavor where minced beef blended with delicious spices meets yogurt and butter. Materials: 300 gr. Danet ground beef, 140 gr. strained yoghurt, 5 gr. dried pepper, 10 gr. salt, 50 gr. butter, 1 egg, 50 gr. onion, 5 gr. garlic, 10 gr. parsley.
Preparation of: Put the minced meat, salt, pepper and egg in a bowl. Add the parsley and onion, thinly sliced. Roll into 10 gr pieces (the size of a walnut) and bake in a 200 degree oven. Melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic and dried pepper and fry. Combine half of the strained yogurt with the butter mixture. Sauté the meatballs that come out of the oven with the butter mixture and serve on a yogurt base.
