Sauté the meatballs that come out of the oven with the butter mixture and serve on a yogurt base.

“Following the recent news that there will be an increase in red meat prices, Meat Producers Association (ETBİR) As a company, it is necessary to make a statement to inform the public. We believe that the current demand will be met in a balanced manner with the evaluations made regarding the meat market before Ramadan and the measures taken by our Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Although it is known that there is an increase in meat consumption during Ramadan, our sector is prepared for this process and has taken the necessary measures to prevent price fluctuations in the markets. Producers continue to work with determination to offer quality and reliable products to consumers.

In addition, the Meat and Milk Board continues its work to ensure that citizens can access meat at affordable prices by taking the necessary measures to balance red meat prices before the month of Ramadan.
