Materials: 200 gr. DANET pastrami, 100 gr. parsley, 50 gr. spinach, 50 gr. dill, 50 gr. fresh mint, 50 gr. capia pepper, 50 gr. flour, 1 egg, 100 gr. avocado, 10 gr. salt, 10 gr. black pepper, 100 gr. sunflower oil.
Preparation of: Chop the parsley, dill, spinach, fresh mint and capia pepper very finely. Put them in a bowl, add the flour, egg and spices and mix well to obtain a thick mixture. Fry the prepared mixture in a pan with sunflower oil.
Meanwhile, mash the avocado with salt and pepper until it becomes a puree. Spread the avocado paste on the fried eggplant, add bacon slices and serve hot.

Materials: 400 gr. ground beef, 50 gr. zucchini, 50 gr. carrot, 50 gr. eggplant, 100 gr. potato, 50 gr. onion, 5 gr. garlic, 1 egg, 10 gr. salt, 5 gr. black pepper, 70 gr. sunflower oil, 10 gr. parsley, 50 gr. tomato.
Preparation of: Make a stuffing by mixing minced meat, egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic and onion. Roll into 25 gr pieces (the size of a pinky finger). Cut the vegetables into the same size as the meatballs and half-boil them. Arrange on a baking tray and add tomatoes and spices. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes and serve hot.
