Traditional olive oil dishes such as handmade jams, Antakya kısır with olive oil, saffron-based onion and ekşili yaprak sarma delight the palate. The menu continues with the Malatya lentil soup or the chef's special soup of the day, which reflects the rich soup culture of Anatolia, offering a warm start. Then come the warm starters prepared with elegant touches, blending the Mediterranean and Anatolia. Unique flavors such as sour dried stuffed vegetables, crispy oruk and sea bass stuffed zucchini flower, almond tarator and sour cherry yogurt host delicious moments where traditional recipes meet modern presentations. In the main courses, the elegance of Ottoman cuisine and modern cooking techniques come together. Options such as alinazik prepared with roasted beef served on roasted eggplant yogurt, lamb scallops flavored with firik bulgur and plum sauce or grilled sea bass served with fennel puree and sour apple sauce transform Ramadan tables into palace feasts. At the end of the flavor journey, guests meet the magnificence of the dessert buffet. Traditional Ramadan flavors such as strawberry güllaç, wire kadayıf, kazandibi, zerde, almond and pistachio paste, as well as desserts such as muhallebi garnished with pomegranate seeds and oven rice pudding, end the menu with a feast.
