At Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul, traditional iftar dishes, meze and pide varieties, as well as the indispensable classics of Turkish cuisine such as shish, grill, döner and kebab will be offered to guests at live stations throughout Ramadan. Authentic corners such as gözleme station and mantı station, which are prepared and served hot, will also adorn iftar tables with flavor. Unique desserts such as oven-baked rice pudding, güllaç and baklava will double the feast of flavors.
