The indispensable part of Ramadan, Kaymaklı Güllaç, has taken its place in Özsüt's. The brand, which has been spreading happiness all around Turkey with its unchanging flavors for exactly 87 years, is ready for the sultan of 11 months with its carefully prepared güllaç, just like every year.
An Intense Taste, A Masterpiece
Kaymaklı Güllaç, which has been used in the Palace cuisine since the 15th century and has reached a unique taste with the Özsüt interpretation, makes us say 'it was worth the year-long wait'!
This indispensable taste, which is awaited for 11 months with its colorful appearance on the Güllaç leaves, is prepared completely with traditional methods and handmade. Güllaç leaves, soaked in daily and freshest farm milk, are combined with Özsüt's own production clotted cream and add flavor to its taste. Güllaç, which has a special clotted cream parfait consisting of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts between the layers, leaves an intense taste with every forkful for this reason.
This unique dessert, which allows us to end our iftar meals in the lightest and most delicious way, gets its refreshing taste from lemon zest. The final touch to Güllaca is It is made with pistachios.
