Located in the heart of the historical peninsula Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet, During Ramadan, it hosts its guests with carefully prepared flavors. Every evening, accompanied by the melodies of the live fasıl group, the menu offers traditional flavors such as iftar dishes, delicious olive oil dishes, soup varieties, pita and lahmacun prepared in a wood oven, stuffed meatballs, mixed meat and manti grilled on a coal grill. The buffet consisting of mixed pickle varieties, grape juice, turnip juice, and fermented products such as hardaliye also wins the appreciation of the guests.

The hotel's spacious courtyard, surrounded by the sounds of birds, has a restaurant specially decorated for the month of Ramadan. Courtyard Restaurant'T, Executive Chef Özgür Üstün and the team's carefully prepared iftar menu features a delicious soup of the day followed by excellent flavors such as lahmacun cooked in a wood oven, içli köfte, Kayseri manti, buttered rice pilaf, and marinated celery dish served for sharing. When it's time for the main course, guests choose the flavor that best suits their palate from the following options: 'Hallı Mahmudiye', 'Hünkâr Beğendi', 'İskender Kebabı', 'Oven Baked Lamb Stew' and 'Coal Grill Options'. In addition to künefe with pistachios, buffalo clotted cream and warm milk, La Pistache's carefully prepared dessert buffet is also dazzling with its rich variety. The buffet includes many flavors ranging from baklava varieties, şekerpare, lokma, tulumba, ekmek kadayıfı to syrup-based desserts such as güllaç, oven-baked rice pudding, saray sarma, and profiterole to milk and chocolate desserts.

The Ramadan iftar menu is offered at a price of 3.950 TL, and a 10 percent discount is offered for groups of 10 people or more throughout the month of Ramadan.

Accompanied by the melodies of Turkish Classical Music, the open buffet offers appetizing options from delicious iftar dishes to rich appetizers from the Aegean, Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia, from stuffed meatballs to cool sherbets. Traditional kebab varieties, meat döner, grilled lamb and beef varieties and pide varieties prepared in a wood oven also leave a mark on the palate.

Executive Pastry Chef Yalçın Köse In addition to traditional desserts that will leave a mark on the palate such as Turkish delight, lokma, künefe, zerde, Güllaç prepared by the talented patisserie team, chocolate and ice cream corners accompany these delicacies.

Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus, has also prepared a special menu for its guests who want to have the bountiful iftar menu in the comfort of their rooms. Located in one of the most beautiful spots of the terrace Ocakbaşı offers its guests a 4-course set menu including cold and hot starters, a wide range of kebab options and Turkish desserts. If they wish, guests can experience the 4-course set menu consisting of lentil soup, delicious iftar dishes, stuffed meatballs and stuffed chard, Adana kebab and a mixed dessert plate, as well as the a la carte menu with their loved ones in the igloos specially reserved for them.

Ocakbaşı also serves a special 4-course menu for those who want to share sahur with family and friends. Guests who want this menu, flavored with traditional flavors, can order it to their rooms.

The Ramadan iftar menu at the Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus is offered for 4.950 TL, with a 1 percent discount for reservations made between March 5-20. A 10 percent discount is offered for groups of 10 or more throughout Ramadan. The set menu at Ocakbaşı Restaurant is served for 5.250 TL.
