In the trainings prepared in accordance with the international standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), participants have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills at every stage of the coffee bean's journey from soil to cup. Modules include Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills, Brewing Techniques, Sensory Analysis, Green Bean and Roasting.

We opened barista classes by encouraging positive discrimination especially in girls' vocational high schools and aimed to increase women's employment. In this context, we opened the first barista class in Kalaba Girls' Vocational High School and pioneered women's participation in this profession.”
