We also have a support package that facilitates the return to work and adaptation of our female employees returning from maternity leave. We also support parents to go through this process more efficiently by extending paternity leave to eight days. With our Yorfuture Program & FORHER project, which supports newly graduated female talents to make a strong entrance into the business world, we increased our young talent rate to 71 percent and moved it above the sector average. In addition, we are carrying out projects that promote gender equality in cooperation with AÇEV. In addition, we aim to raise awareness about gender equality and women's employment through the trainings we organize for our employees. In this context, 1769 of our employees participated in our trainings that lasted a total of 373 hours.
