Bringing together the best flavors of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine Nobu Istanbul, invites its guests to a romantic taste journey with its omakase menu specially prepared for Valentine's Day on February 14. Blending colors and textures with an innovative culinary approach, Nobu Istanbul promises a special night with its sophisticated atmosphere and privileged service approach.

The omakase menu, which redefines the cooking experience, starts with Japanese Wagyu tatar served with dashi potatoes cooked for long hours. The sashimi tasting plate prepared with products specially procured from Japan is followed by Chef Celestin Gaty's sushi selection. The special plate consisting of foie gras, one of the traditional flavors of French cuisine, combined with scallops, is followed by tenderloin with shio koji marinade sauce. The 6-course omakase menu, crowned with an exotic dessert option, can be experienced on the evening of February 14.
