Metro Türkiye is the Only Company to Become “Top Employer” in the Retail Sector for the 8th Time in a Row

Metro Turkey , with its innovative human resources policies that prioritize the satisfaction and development of its approximately 4.500 employees, has been awarded "Best Employer" by the Top Employers Institute, considered one of the world's most prestigious organizations in the field of human resources. This marks the eighth consecutive time Metro Turkey has received this award in its sector. The Institute's system, which audits human resources processes with over 300 questions across 6 main headings and 20 different categories, including people-centered strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, employee well-being, and diversity, awarded Metro Turkey this prize for its successful activities and high evaluation scores.
